Emphasizes is on quality and that is why our “Pasta Laboratory” produces three types of fresh pasta, all made fresh by hand each day.
We only use the best seasonal ingredients sourced specially for us by our local producers. Our Josper Charcoal oven imported from Spain, allows us to a produce spectacular sauces, vegetables and meat to use throughout all of our dishes.
